YGBC Strategic Plan Update

Last Thursday, the club was given an update on the development of our next 4 year strategic plan, based on the results of the member survey conducted late last year. The board now has a draft plan that we will revise in the next meetings, and then publish as soon as possible. For those not at the meeting, ClubBuilder provided a great deal of information on the results of the survey, and the core Strenghts, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT Analysis) that will form the basis of our new plan.
